Summary
This early-phase trial tests a new drug called M3814 combined with three chemotherapy drugs (MEC) in 48 adults whose acute myeloid leukemia has returned or not responded to treatment. The goal is to find the best dose and check for side effects. The study is active but no longer recruiting new participants.
