Finnish game could be secret weapon for aging brains and bodies
NCT ID NCT07025967
Summary
This study is testing if playing Mölkky, a Finnish throwing game, is better than standard home exercises for improving thinking skills, mood, and physical function in older adults. About 50 adults aged 60 and older are participating. One group plays Mölkky to prepare for a tournament, while another does traditional exercises and brain games, to see which approach works better over 8 weeks.
