Can restricting your good arm help your weak arm after a stroke?

Summary

This study tests a therapy called modified Constraint-Induced Movement Therapy (m-CIMT) for people who recently had a stroke and have arm weakness. The treatment involves restricting the unaffected arm and doing exercises with the weak arm to improve its function and daily use. The trial will enroll 66 hospitalized stroke patients and measure changes in arm movement, daily activities, and fatigue.
