New drug strategy tested for Tough-to-Treat blood cancer

Summary
This study is testing if a drug called loncastuximab tesirine can help keep a type of blood cancer (mantle cell lymphoma) under control for longer after initial treatment. It is for adults whose cancer has returned or didn't respond to previous treatments, including a common type of targeted therapy. The goal is to see if adding this drug after a short course of chemotherapy improves how long patients live without their cancer getting worse.
