New hope for lymphoma patients who stop responding to standard drugs

Summary
This study is testing whether adding a targeted drug called loncastuximab tesirine after a short course of chemotherapy can help control relapsed mantle cell lymphoma in patients whose cancer stopped responding to or who couldn't tolerate BTKi drugs. About 49 patients will receive the chemotherapy followed by the consolidation drug to see if it keeps the cancer from worsening. The main goal is to see if this approach helps patients live longer without their cancer progressing.
