New drug duo tested in fight against lymphoma
NCT ID NCT03598608
Summary
This study tested the safety and initial effectiveness of a two-drug combination (favezelimab and pembrolizumab) for people with certain blood cancers, including Hodgkin lymphoma and non-Hodgkin lymphoma. It involved 137 participants to find a safe dose and see if the treatment could shrink tumors. The goal was to control the cancer, not necessarily cure it.
