New drug cocktail tested for aggressive lymphomas

NCT ID NCT02992522

Summary

This early-stage study is testing a combination of three drugs—obinutuzumab, venetoclax, and lenalidomide—in patients whose B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma has come back or hasn't responded to previous treatments. The main goal is to find the safest and most effective dose of the drug combination. Researchers will also check if the treatment helps shrink the cancer and for how long.
