Scientists test powerful new drug cocktail to fight back against tough lymphomas

NCT ID NCT01479842

Summary

This early-stage study is testing a new combination of three drugs for people whose non-Hodgkin's lymphoma has come back after prior treatment. The main goal is to find the safest and most effective dose of a new pill (PCI-32765) when given with two existing drugs (rituximab and bendamustine). Researchers will closely watch 48 participants for side effects and to see if the treatment helps control the cancer.
