Summary

This study tests a new treatment for leg swelling (lymphedema) that can happen after gynecologic cancer surgery. The treatment is based on a person's BMI and uses a theory about body energy pathways. About 60 women will take part to see if this approach works better than standard care for reducing swelling and improving quality of life.
