Could a gentle massage ease your worst period pain?
NCT ID NCT07378475
Summary
This small pilot study is testing whether a gentle massage technique called manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) can help reduce pain and other symptoms for young women with primary dysmenorrhea (painful periods). Twenty participants will receive three monthly MLD sessions just before their period. Researchers will measure changes in pain intensity, abdominal swelling, sleep quality, and overall well-being.
