Summary
This study tested a new vaccine candidate, VLA15, designed to prevent Lyme disease. It involved 600 healthy participants aged 5 to 65 to see how safe the vaccine was and how well it triggered an immune response. Researchers compared different vaccination schedules and included people with and without a prior history of Lyme disease.
