Summary

This study is testing a new vaccine, called VLA15, designed to prevent Lyme disease. It will enroll 200 healthy adults aged 18-44 to see how safe the vaccine is and how well it triggers an immune response when given on different schedules. Participants will receive four vaccine shots and one placebo shot over about two years.
