Summary
This study aims to find the best amoxicillin dose and treatment length for people with the early skin rash of Lyme disease. Researchers will enroll 510 adults with the rash and randomly assign them to different antibiotic schedules. The goal is to see which approach most effectively clears the infection and prevents later symptoms.
