New cancer drug trial targets specific genetic weakness
NCT ID NCT06561685
Summary
This study is testing a new drug called LY4050784 for people with advanced solid tumors that have a specific genetic change called a SMARCA4/BRG1 alteration. The main goals are to find a safe dose of the drug, given alone or with other cancer treatments, and to see if it helps shrink or control the cancer. The study is open to adults with certain advanced cancers, including lung cancer, who have few or no other standard treatment options.
