Summary

This study tested an experimental drug called LY3454738 to see if it could reduce the severity of moderate-to-severe eczema (atopic dermatitis) in adults. It was a Phase 2 trial involving 234 participants who were compared against a placebo group over 52 weeks. The main goal was to measure how much the drug improved skin symptoms and itch, but the study was terminated early.
