This study tested a new drug called LY3405105 in 54 people with advanced solid tumors to see if it was safe. The trial was stopped early. The main goal was to find side effects and, in a later part, to see if the drug could shrink tumors. Participants had to have advanced cancer that had not responded to other treatments.
