Summary
This early-stage study tested a new drug called LY3127804, given alone or with another drug (ramucirumab), in 62 people with advanced solid tumors. The goal was to find a safe dose, but the study was stopped early because no safe dose could be determined. Participants had to have stopped other cancer treatments before joining.
