Summary
This study tested whether an experimental drug called LW402 can reduce symptoms of moderate-to-severe eczema (atopic dermatitis). 144 patients with significant eczema coverage received either the drug or a placebo for 12 weeks. Researchers measured how much skin redness, thickness, and itching improved, while monitoring for side effects.
