Summary
This study tested a supplement called Lutemax 2020 (containing lutein and zeaxanthin) in 60 children aged 5 to 12 who spend at least 4 hours daily on digital devices. The goal was to see if it could improve their vision and thinking skills. Children took the supplement or a placebo for 6 months, and researchers measured changes in eye health and mental performance.
