NCT ID NCT07355725
Summary
This study tested whether a daily supplement containing nutrients found in leafy green vegetables (lutein and zeaxanthin) could help protect children's eyes and improve their mental focus. It involved 60 children aged 5-12 who used digital screens for at least 4 hours a day. Researchers compared the supplement to a placebo over 6 months to see if it improved eye health measurements and cognitive performance.
