Experimental combo targets rare lung cancer transformation

Summary
This early-stage trial tests whether combining two drugs, lurbinectedin and osimertinib, is safe and works against a rare lung cancer called transformed small cell lung cancer. It is for adults whose cancer changed from a common type after prior treatment. The study will check for side effects and how long the cancer stays under control.
