Summary

This study tests a combination of two drugs, lurbinectedin and osimertinib, for a rare lung cancer called transformed small cell lung cancer. It is for people whose cancer changed after initial treatment with osimertinib. The goal is to see if the combo is safe and helps control the cancer longer.
