Zapping the ear to fight lupus exhaustion?
NCT ID NCT07256067
Summary
This study tested whether a gentle electrical stimulation on the ear, combined with exercise, could reduce severe fatigue in people with lupus. Fifty women with lupus were randomly assigned to receive either the real stimulation or a fake version, along with a standard exercise program, for six weeks. Researchers measured changes in fatigue levels and walking ability to see if the treatment helped.
