Summary
This study aims to find the best way to set ventilator pressure for patients who are critically ill with both lung failure (ARDS) and high pressure in their abdomen. Researchers will compare two different high-tech methods in 20 patients to see which one helps the lungs work better without harming other organs. The goal is to improve care for these very sick patients in intensive care.
