Summary

This study tests whether using lung ultrasound to guide breathing support can help infants with respiratory failure leave the NICU sooner. About 64 newborns will be randomly assigned to either ultrasound-guided care or standard care. The goal is to see if this approach reduces time on breathing machines and improves outcomes.
