First seen Jan 04, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 21 times

Summary

This study tests a new way to treat lung tumors by freezing them. Doctors use a special camera-guided tube (bronchoscope) to reach the tumor and then freeze it with a cryoablation device. The goal is to see if the procedure is safe and effective. About 40 adults with early-stage or limited metastatic lung cancer will take part.
