Summary
This study aims to develop better tests to predict when a transplanted lung might start failing. Researchers will follow 244 lung transplant patients over time, collecting blood samples to analyze DNA fragments and immune cells. The goal is to create a model that can spot early warning signs of transplant rejection before serious damage occurs.
