Lung transplant Patients' arm strength measured for first time
NCT ID NCT07065981
Summary
This study measured how well lung transplant patients can use their arms for everyday activities compared to healthy people. Researchers tested 60 participants (30 transplant patients and 30 healthy controls) using a simple pegboard test that measures arm endurance over 6 minutes. The goal was to understand how arm function relates to lung health, fatigue, and quality of life after transplant surgery.
