Summary

This study looks at whether using a personalized lung pressure setting, based on a small tube placed in the esophagus, can help patients breathe better during laparoscopic surgery compared to a standard fixed pressure. The trial involves 90 adults having planned surgery in a head-down position. The main goal is to measure lung flexibility right after the pressure is applied.
