First seen Jun 25, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

After brain tumor surgery, some patients develop lung issues like pneumonia. This study tested a new nursing system that includes breathing exercises, early movement, and team care. In 165 patients, the new system reduced lung complications from 13.6% to 4.8% and helped patients recover faster.
