Summary
This study aims to improve lung function during weight loss surgery by testing personalized breathing machine settings versus standard settings. Researchers will compare two groups of 46 obese patients undergoing laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy to see if customized breathing support improves lung mechanics, oxygen levels, and reduces breathing complications after surgery.
