Summary

This study aims to find the best way to set a breathing machine during surgery for patients at high risk for lung problems afterward. Researchers will compare two different machine-setting strategies to see which one better prevents complications like pneumonia or breathing failure. The goal is to help patients recover faster with fewer lung issues after their operation.
