Summary

This study looks at whether using a custom lung pressure setting based on a tube placed in the esophagus can help patients breathe better during laparoscopic surgery compared to a standard one-size-fits-all pressure. About 90 adults having planned surgery in a head-down position will take part. The goal is to see if the personalized approach improves lung function and reduces complications after surgery.
