Summary
This study compared two ways to biopsy a lung nodule (a small growth): a CT-guided needle through the chest wall, and a navigation bronchoscopy that goes through the windpipe. 288 patients were randomly assigned to one method. The goal was to see which approach gives a clear diagnosis more often, with fewer complications. Results help doctors choose the best test for each patient.
