Summary
This study aims to find the best way to help lungs re-expand after heart surgery using a heart-lung machine. Researchers will compare two different breathing techniques given by anesthesiologists to see which one better opens collapsed lung tissue without putting too much strain on the heart. The goal is to improve patients' breathing and recovery after surgery.
