Head-to-Head drug trial aims to find best treatment for rare autoimmune lung disease
NCT ID NCT07406932
Summary
This study aims to find out which of two types of drugs works better for people with a rare autoimmune condition that causes serious lung scarring. It will compare newer JAK inhibitor drugs against older calcineurin inhibitor drugs, both given with standard steroids, in 80 adults who haven't started treatment yet. The main goal is to see which treatment helps more people survive and maintain their lung function over one year.
