Summary
This study aims to see if analyzing fluid from patients' lungs helps doctors better identify and understand different types of interstitial lung diseases (scarring lung conditions). Researchers will collect lung fluid from 66 adults with suspected lung scarring and examine the cells to create clearer disease patterns. The goal is to improve diagnosis accuracy and potentially help predict how these diseases might progress.
