Virus therapy tested to fight lung cancer that stops responding to treatment

Summary
This study is for people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has started to grow again after their first treatment with immunotherapy and chemotherapy. It compares a new two-part treatment—first a specially engineered virus given by IV, followed by standard chemotherapy plus immunotherapy—against a standard chemotherapy drug alone. The goal is to see if the virus can help the body's immune system fight the cancer and make the tumors more sensitive to the follow-up treatments.
