Radiation boost trial aims to extend lung cancer control
NCT ID NCT05277844
Summary
This study is testing whether adding targeted radiation to standard targeted drug therapy helps control advanced lung cancer for longer. It's for patients whose cancer has spread to only a few sites and has specific genetic mutations. Researchers will compare how long the cancer stays controlled with just the drug versus the drug plus radiation.
