Summary
This study is testing a two-part treatment for early-stage lung cancer in adults who are not candidates for surgery. The treatment involves freezing the tumor (cryoablation) followed by an intravenous drug called serplulimab. The main goal is to see how well this combination works to control the cancer and how safe it is for patients.
