Ancient medicine meets modern tech in lung cancer fight
NCT ID NCT07197853
Summary
This study is testing whether adding a traditional Chinese herbal medicine called Huaier granules to a standard microwave ablation treatment works better for people with early-stage lung cancer who cannot have surgery. About 180 participants will be randomly assigned to receive either the ablation alone or the ablation plus the granules. The main goal is to see if the combination helps keep the cancer from growing back longer and improves the body's immune response.
