Summary
This study is for people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has worsened after prior treatments. It aims to test the safety and find the best dose of an experimental drug called MK-3475 when given alongside a standard chemotherapy drug, gemcitabine. Researchers will monitor patients closely for side effects and see if the combination helps control the cancer.
