Gentler chemo combo aims to extend life for frail lung cancer patients

Summary
This study is for people 70 and older with advanced lung cancer who are too frail for standard chemotherapy. It compares two approaches: a lower-dose chemotherapy combined with an immunotherapy drug (cemiplimab) versus the immunotherapy drug alone. The goal is to find a treatment that helps patients live longer while being easier on their bodies.
