New hope for Non-Smokers battling advanced lung cancer

Summary
This study is testing if adding an investigational drug called LP-300 to standard chemotherapy helps people with advanced lung adenocarcinoma who have never smoked. The goal is to see if this combination can better control the cancer and help patients live longer after their initial targeted treatments have stopped working. It will involve about 90 participants across the United States.
