New drug duo targets tough lung cancer in patients out of options
NCT ID NCT06295432
Summary
This study is testing whether two experimental drugs, DZD9008 and AZD4205, are safe and can help control advanced non-small cell lung cancer in patients with specific genetic changes (EGFR mutations). It is for people whose cancer has continued to grow despite receiving standard treatments. The main goals are to find the right dose and see if the combination can shrink tumors and is tolerable for patients.
