Summary

This study is testing if a drug called cemiplimab, a type of immunotherapy, can help prevent non-small cell lung cancer from coming back after it has been surgically removed. It is for patients with stage II or IIIA lung cancer who have had surgery but have decided not to get, or cannot get, standard follow-up chemotherapy. The main goal is to see if this treatment helps patients live longer without their cancer returning.
