Summary

This early-stage study is testing whether combining two drugs, amivantamab and docetaxel, is safe and effective for people with metastatic non-small cell lung cancer that has worsened after standard chemotherapy and immunotherapy. The first part of the study aims to find the right dose, and the second part will see how well the combination works at that dose. It is for patients whose cancer does not have certain specific genetic mutations.
