Summary
This study is testing whether a new three-drug combination works better than a standard two-drug combination for people with advanced lung cancer. It will involve 460 adults with newly diagnosed lung cancer that has spread and cannot be cured with surgery. The main goal is to see which treatment helps patients live longer without their cancer getting worse.
