New drug duo aims to shrink lung tumors before surgery

NCT ID NCT07438600

Summary

This study is testing whether a combination of two drugs, sacituzumab govitecan and toripalimab, can shrink tumors in patients with a specific type of lung cancer before they have surgery. The goal is to see if this pre-surgery treatment helps remove more of the cancer and lowers the chance of it coming back. The study will enroll about 38 adults with stage II-IIIB non-small cell lung cancer who have not had prior cancer treatments.
