Summary

This study is for people with stage III non-small cell lung cancer that can be removed with surgery. It tests if adding a drug called envafolimab to standard chemotherapy, given both before and after surgery, works better and is safe compared to chemotherapy alone. The goal is to see if this combination helps control the cancer longer and reduces the chance of it coming back.
