Summary
This study is looking back at the medical records of 150 people with a specific stage of lung cancer. The goal is to see if how much the tumor shrinks after chemotherapy (given before surgery) can predict how long patients live or stay cancer-free. Researchers are not testing a new treatment; they are analyzing past patient data to learn what might work best.
